About Me

In the last three decades I have been a coach, mentor, advisor, administrator, workshop creator/leader, author, trainer, speaker, peer counselor, and manager.  I am a long-ago and enthusiastic Catholic convert, wife, mom, previous homeschooler, and now Mimi to beautiful young grandkids!

I have a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Arizona State University and have completed many varied post graduate courses as well as a life coaching certificate. I have been a featured guest on podcasts such as Breakfast with Bacon, Restored Ministry, USCCB's Made for Love, “Pain to Power Virtual Summit” as well as many others.

I have written for Catholic Answers and contributed sections to various books regarding marriage and the effects of parental divorce on adult children of divorce. I'm also the co-author of the Catholic Academy for Life Leadership used in the Diocese of Phoenix for over a decade, covering the Theology of the Body, reproductive biology of men and women, and bioethics. I serve on the Board of Bioethics Defense Fund. I served as a manager of a non-profit as well as a peer counselor and peer counselor trainer.

I mentor, coach, and speak on many topics including how to help others in difficult marriages, whether as a friend or as someone whose profession often brings them into contact with those who are having marriage difficulties. I have also been a featured speaker for parishes and nonprofits regarding many topics. Whenever I can I enjoy helping with virtual retreats and support groups for Life-Giving Wounds, as well as other organizations. I currently administer many secret Facebook groups for Adult Children of Divorce, and administer groups which mentor others in their vocations as mothers and wives.

For decades I have worked with people one on one and also by putting on workshops about life management systems such as setting up an individualized cleaning system for the home, time management, goal-setting, accountability, menu planning systems, etc. Other popular workshops cover the topic of boundaries.

I  have lived off and on more than a decade in Europe. Aside from English, I speak German and Bavarian.  My husband and I are parents to six adults and owners of a Belgian Tervuren dog, well-trained, but young and feisty. So, when you get me, you get my dog who may join us during remote sessions.

So that's a little about me. I look forward to getting to know you.
