Over the years I have worked with people who come across differently than they wish to with others. For them it is a puzzle as to why others react the way they do.

Sometimes they know something is off, but they can't identify it. It is like a blind spot, though they wish to address it. And sometimes they don't believe it even once we identify it.

So this takes hard work, trust, and some practice.
