About Rightly Ordered
Rightly Ordered works with individuals and organizations to encourage
healthy relationships, ordered home and work environments, healing from family of origin issues such as parental divorce, and transformation in many other areas.

This may involve:

understanding of male and female differences

support for marriages

guidance with time and home life management (individualized)

accompaniment with major life decisions (i.e. parenting vs placement for adoption)

general goal setting

training in healthy boundaries

gaining self-awareness about how you come across to others

We all know what speaking is, but if you would like more information about the
differences between coaching, mentoring, training, presenting, advising, and consulting, please ask me during our introductory session. We'll find the right mix for your needs.

How Clients and I spend time:
If we work one-on-one, we will focus on identifying your needs, prioritizing your goals, discussing and understanding transformative information, and keeping you on target, usually with a plan.
We individualize your session with the right combination of mentoring and coaching.

When consulting or advising an organization, we assess & address your needs.
For speaking arrangements and presentations to groups, please schedule a free consultation so I can learn about your specific audience and needs.
​
You will find that I’m allergic to platitudes and that I sprinkle a generous helping
of humor and truth bombs into our conversations.
​
I am a hopeful, lighthearted, practical person;
my sessions are more content-rich than fluffy.
I do not shy away from difficult topics.

Pricing
New Client Intro Sessions for individuals and Introductory Consultations for organizations are free, as are certain crisis situations which I handle pro bono.
​
Single sessions, ongoing sessions, session packages, speaking engagements, and organization presentations will be arranged by mutual agreement.
​
Rightly Ordered will refer clients to other professionals when needed, especially when specific help is needed for mental health challenges that are beyond its scope. The available mentoring, coaching, consulting, training is not a mental health service.

Contact me.
When you contact me, we'll arrange a time to talk by phone, Zoom, FaceTime, etc. If we happen to live near one another, meeting in person is an option that we'll discuss on our first call.
We will begin with a free introductory session and will individualize your program according to your needs or the needs of your organization.
During that call, we'll talk about any forms to fill out to get you set up, any questions you have, etc.
